Throughout my life I have given in to various temptations that left me wounded and confused. From sexual trauma and self-harm I had gotten to a point where I didn't care about myself. I couldn't find meaning in my life and I had questioned God about why I was even here. Over time and with a lot of help from many people and God I pushed through my own self-limiting beliefs and received the help needed to live a life of fulfillment. Here's my story. Raw and uncomfortable at times. Here is how I've overcome many different things and how I continue to help myself through different tools I've learned and through therapy. I pray my story can help enlighten someone. Every single person has worth. I've laid out various things I've learned that can help you too. Your life is valuable and you deserve a better life.
